As movement builder and organisational coach, I take a holistic and creative approach to organisational and communications challenges. This means staying close to the fundamentals, while keeping the bigger picture in mind. Facilitating change processes and working with future thinking, means working with the intelligence of the whole team.
Depending on where you are in your project or process, we will define vision, mission and values, or understand how to operationalise them. I add an (eco)systems approach to your strategy, by mapping and designing for shared value and engagement. And, I work with stories and (core) narratives that help position your project and engage your audiences and stakeholders.
Complexity needs a different mindset. Answers emerge from within the system and the interaction between people will shape how we put these into practice. My approach means working with everything that’s in the room. Recognising undercurrents and group dynamics and creating a safe environment to create, learn and excel.
