Using a mix of design thinking, co-creation, curiosity and communications skills, I help teams surface underlying issues and guide them in finding their next steps and basic strategy.

You can hire me for one-off facilitation or moderation for both online and offline sessions. I always integrate fun activities that help participants use a mix of analytical, and creative skills to collaborate and come up with solutions.

I have trained in methods of deep democracy, non-violent communication, creative leadership and storytelling. My style is to work with what’s in the room, surface underlying issues, tap into collective intelligence and find pathways for collaboration and results.
