I talk about how to go from #why to #how.

Whether you want to hear about how to set up an impact business, what it means to work with a hybrid business model or how to integrate purpose into your whole organisation, I gladly share stories embedded in experience and research.

My aim is to create awareness and activate people to work from purpose and shared mission. 

Through my experience of setting up the social enterprise Fairphone, and many impact projects since, I can share insights of what it takes to positively disrupt and lead by example.  

Through my research and What If We Get It Right? podcasts with social entrepreneurs from around the globe I share stories and lessons and help audiences understand what it takes to set up an impact business. 

This disruptive mindset and campaigning business approach, along with lots of research has informed my creation of the positive workplace activism course through the Undercover Activist. I help leaders support activist mindsets to support employee engagement; and embolden employees to take positive, constructive action.
